Whatever your needs, I can work with you to create an unforgettable, enjoyable program. Whether it's for a grade-school class, a public workshop, or a party, participants will not just create beautiful paper, they'll walk away with a sense of accomplishment, an appreciation for an age-old craft, and a new (or renewed) enthusiasm for environmental sustainability.
Workshops can be customized to accommodate varying group sizes, ages, learning abilities, and English proficiency, as well as the location specifics (e.g. classroom, art studio, basement rec room, outdoors...) and topic/event content (e.g. school lesson, seniors recreation program, birthday party, bridal shower). I can work with you to create a workshop that reflects the goals for your group. (life-long learning, team-building, just plain fun...) All school-based lesson plans have specific Ontario Provincial Curriculum links and learning outcomes, depending on the subject area: Art, History, Science, or cross-curricular. Plus, I have up-to-date police record and vulnerable sector checks! Please note, the workshops require standing, so may not be suitable for all physical ability levels.
Duration of the program is flexible, from 75 minutes up to 3 hours. Set-up and take-down (included in the cost) are usually 35 - 45 minutes each. Please note, there is a modest fuel surcharge from my location at Coxwell and Danforth Avenues, to yours. Please contact me for a quote.
Give a truly unique pre-made greeting card (see product gallery, below) or develop a custom order for a special occasion. Please note, all cards vary somewhat, due to the handmade nature of the paper.
Your next occasion could be even more unique with custom-made invitations. Peruse the gallery for ideas, and contact me for more information.
